Salvesen Graham is an interior design and decoration practice specialising in classic interiors with a modern twist, working for both private residential and commercial clients in the UK and abroad.
Founders Nicole Salvesen and Mary Graham draw on their combined 20 years’ experience to offer a comprehensive service, creating beautiful interiors that sit comfortably within their environment and meet the high expectations of their clients. We focus clearly on the client brief, so there is no “house style”. However, through the layering of textures and colours, and the juxtaposition of antiques with contemporary pieces, the result is a timeless look that we are fast becoming known for.
We believe that the interior design process should be an enjoyable and exciting experience and our team works hard to achieve this. We have an extensive list of industry contacts and combined with a hands-on management style, this means that Salvesen Graham is able to ensure a stress-free experience, resulting in stunning interiors and satisfied clients.
We are happy to work on both private and commercial projects in any number of different ways, providing a flexible service, tailored to suit the needs of each client. The team is vastly experienced in working alongside respected architects and takes pride in ensuring effective working relationships with builders, joiners and specialist trades, delivering a smooth-running project from concept to completion. Equally, Salvesen Graham is happy to be involved in the purely decorative aspect of a project from designing curtains to sourcing artwork, antiques and accessories.
Amber Design Group are a boutique, London-based interior design studio with a big outlook. Our team is made up of savvy international designers who work closely with each other, and with you, to create stylish, inventive interiors that reflect your personality and fit your lifestyle.
Our ethos is simple: nothing is too much trouble if it means delivering the perfect design solution for you. We believe you should enjoy the design process as much as we do. We know some of our clients are creative types too, so we are happy to design with a little, or a lot, of ideas and input from you.
These are the principles that inform every project we do - we don't believe in promoting a 'house style' because we feel that every client, and therefore every project, is different and deserves more than a cut-and-paste approach. Fresh ideas and creative flair are just one part of the interior design process - the other part is turning the vision into a real, comfortable, beautiful home or workspace.
As a design practice, we are 'architecturally inclined'. We work with our own CAD (that's Computer Aided Design) technical specifications and a team of quality, trusted craftsmen, to ensure the design we create surpasses your expectations, every time.
In Amber Design's six-year history, we have successfully delivered a range of projects, from large-scale, residential developments to single private properties; from mansion block refurbishment to loft-style, warehouse conversions, and from exclusive lifestyle club concepts to complete refurbishments of Royal golf clubs.

Maybe it was her upbringing in beautiful surroundings in France or the many hours spent in her grandmother and great grandmother's fabric shops, but ultimately family and environmental influences led Fiona Squires to develop a passion for interior design.
Following her head rather than her heart, Fiona initially qualified as a lawyer, gaining several years’ business experience in the City, in the process developing a strong, disciplined approach to problem-solving.
In 2010, motivated by her need for more personal career fulfilment, and with young children, Fiona decided to leave the Law and devote herself full time to her real passion as an interior designer. Initially focusing on soft furnishings, she soon found her services in demand, with clients wanting her to provide a complete design and project management service.
Now, six years later, and with a growing client referral portfolio, Fiona has opened a London studio devoted to helping her clients to create highly personal and beautiful living environments. Her approach is very much collaborative, first seeking to understand each client's style, taste and needs, then following a process to introduce ideas, and ultimately bringing their vision to life.
Often playful yet sophisticated and elegant, Fiona’s designs usually combine neutral palettes with brave and zingy colours and a mix of pattern and texture in materials, completing the vision with vintage and contemporary furniture and lighting to create strikingly beautiful results. Fiona’s contacts with a broad range of suppliers and the best craftsman enable her to source the finest finishes to complete each canvas. Above all, her no compromise approach always focuses on achieving her client's ideal.
Moreover, and maybe as important as the design elements, and a possible reason behind her business growing by referral, is Fiona’s management skill and hands-on and disciplined approach to the project delivery process. From the initial consultation right through to their first day in their new environment, Fiona’s aim is always to create for each client an enjoyable and rewarding experience, resulting in a sophisticated, striking and beautiful interior that is both elegant and comfortable to live in.
